The 8x8 App Store gives your customers access to a growing catalog of applications that extend their 8x8 platform — from AI-powered voice agents to analytics and workforce management tools.
As a reseller, you have a dedicated view of the App Store that lets you control which apps your customers can access, manage billing enablement on a per-account basis, distribute free credits for testing, and monitor credit usage across your entire portfolio.
What you can do

How reseller billing works
- Free apps are available at no cost. Enabling App Store access for an account grants access to all free apps in your catalog instantly.
- Paid apps are billed at the rate specified in your commercial agreement with 8x8, invoiced monthly in arrears. You accept the Reseller Agreement once (at the partner level), then confirm individually for each account you enable paid apps on.
- You are responsible for charges across all accounts you enable for paid apps.
