Free Credits Management
As a reseller, you earn free credits for every customer account you enable on the App Store. These credits accumulate in your reseller pool and can be distributed to any of your accounts for testing and demoing paid apps — at no charge to you or your customers.

Your credits pool
The top of the page shows your total credits received, how many have been distributed, and how many remain available to distribute — displayed both as figures and as a progress bar.
In the example below, 40,000 credits have been received in total, with 5,160 already distributed and 34,840 still available.
The Distributed free credits table beneath shows every account that has received credits, along with the amount assigned and an Add credits link for topping up.
Distributing credits to an account
Click Distribute credits to open the distribution modal. You can filter accounts by name or country, then enter the number of credits to send to a specific account. The modal shows how many credits that account has already received, and calculates your remaining balance in real time.
Distribution is permanent: Once you assign credits to an account, they are locked there. Credits cannot be moved to a different account, reassigned, or reclaimed by you. Distribute carefully — only send what an account actually needs for testing.
After distribution
The table updates to reflect the new total for that account, and your available balance decreases by the amount distributed.
You can top up an account at any time by clicking Add credits in the table row (or by using Distribute credits again and selecting the same account). Each distribution adds to the existing total for that account.

Monitoring credit consumption
Once a customer starts using paid apps, their credit consumption appears in Usage Overview. Free credits are drawn down before any billable usage begins, so they are a good way to let customers trial paid apps without incurring charges immediately.
